My name is Bill Grisham, I live in the U.S. So since I have my own internet domain, simply type billgrisham.us in the URL address box at the top of your computer's Internet browser anywhere in the world to find this Home Page in the future.
Let me be brutally honest and frank. What you are about to see is the biggest economic, technological, and social event in the past several centuries. Of course you will doubt this, but the evidence herein is so overwhelming that those who doubt are clearly also those who will miss out on the most lucrative part of this opportunity. (Yet if I were in your shoes I would certainly investigate this extraordinary claim). This is why I took extraordinary pains to make this achievement easy to understand and to come up to speed quickly with complete confidence in its veracity. However, to understand this work you must at least read about 30 small paragraphs on the Home Page (which is this section), and another 60 large paragraphs in the Section hyperlinked as "Introduction to MIRIAH" below. The amount of information which my readers will get out of my 50 years of work (in five different disciplines) will be in proportion to how much effort they put into reading and understanding this homesite. So persist!
Notice how symmetric the "Star of David" logo is in the above image. It's a 2-D isometric view of a 3-D spherical Satellite array encircling the earth, which is the "Flagship" of our enterprise known as "ROSÆ" (a Latin acronym describing its symmetric and dynamically balanced architecture). Symmetry leads to equality of coverage and angular momentum stability and balance for all dynamically moving machines. I don't claim to be a great scientist, but symmetry, stability, and dynamic balance are at the very foundation of modern Classical Mechanics - a major field of Newtonian mechanics, which is concerned with the set of physical laws describing the motion of bodies under the action of a system of forces. As you continue this topic it will be seen to be one of four major keys to ROSÆ's superiority.
Since I am inclined to be a more practical minded scientist than one who works in some esoteric field of science, I started with these basic but powerful physical laws and built a new architecture of satellites with them. And since I am also persistent (or stubborn?), I built on this reliable and proven approach step by step for 50 years until the end result will amaze and confound far more competent scientists than I will ever become. So please be patient as this reliable approach leads to a highly sophisticated and most powerful technology which unfolds herein step by step. I won't apologize for the extent and technical depth this leads to, for this was necessary since this new technology will vastly improve the lives of all classes of people - particularly the hungry, homeless, and marginalized poor, who will be lifted from their misery by the cornucopia of new benefits deriving from a new patented invention known as: "Microwave Interferometry Radiating Incrementally Accumulating Holography" - or "MIRIAH". (Since "MIRIAH" is an outgrowth of ROSÆ, I sometimes refer to it as "ROSÆ-MIRIAH"). MIRIAH solves a problem in microwave imaging which NASA/JPL/SIM has failed in (as they readily admit here). Did you notice the very significant red highlight in SIM's bulletin? Their SIM satellite triads use physical apertures but they realize a synthesis aperture is millions of times better from a modulation viewpoint - plus another million to one improvement in the ratio of aperture size. The net result is a billion times in ROSÆ-MIRIAH's improved cost effectiveness! Is it any wonder then I claim this enterprise will reach the $Trillion annual Revenue mark?
Here is a vectored figure which shows even more of MIRIAH's manifold improvements in RSI (Rotational Synthesis Imaging) - illuminating the earth with Interferometer triads. Interferometers are a very old technology from the 1920's used now as the backbone of this most modern breakthrough in Microwave Imaging, Navigation, Tracking, and Communications. This multifunction capability was once believed to be impractical, but all three functions still must adhere to the superiority of phase coherence - and that is the "secret ingredient" on which this breakthrough rests.
Here is a mobile graphics example of the three (3) satellite version of MIRIAH (known as MIRIAH*3). AutoCAD LT software (for example) can generate mobile graphics from the equations of motion of a moving body. And the equations of motion for MIRIAH*3, are on pages 3-6 in this Math Model wherein the three satellites of MIRIAH*3 are "A", "B", and "C". As you can see, the cross products of vector "C" and its derivative is the angular momentum vector, which is perpendicular to the plane of these 3 satellites - which is why it is isometric and so the intra-satellites links and Interferometer baselines always form equilateral triangles to enable fast and accurate phase closure. In the above mobile figure example of MIRIAH*3, the earth model in the figure is rotating at an angular velocity of we as noted in the Math Model, and the orbit's angular velocity is w0 = 5we . So all we would need to expand mobile graphics images to MIRIAH*6 is to add or subtract 180o (or 2 radians) to the angular positions generated by the MIRIAH*3 mobile figure's equations of motion to generate the additional links and satellites - and run AutoCAD LT (for example) with these added equations of motion. Then to generate a twelve satellite mobile figure for ROSÆ-MIRIAH one simply has to reverse the sign of angular velocity of MIRIAH*6 and then merge to two mobile figures. So while you will not see this result now - yet it's obvious that this is easily feasible. So when you see the hyperlink in the next paragraph, you should at least give credence (from a scientific point of view) for the amazing claim made in that figure.
The satellites will use lasers as their intra-satellite communications media. While there will be high light power levels within each satellite's laser cavity, yet only a tiny percentage of stimulated photons will be actually emitted. Most of the light power is not coherently produced and so becomes a heat source which will destroy the satellite if it is not "dumped" to outer space. Therefore, we will be need to "dump" most of the resulting power excess as a very intensive bright white light to cool off the otherwise over heating satellites. This inefficient (but necessary) light power "dumping" to outer space is needed to keep the satellite temperature within acceptable limits. This "dumping" in all directions will cause every satellite to shine as "day stars" so bright that they will outshine even the daylight! Here is my rendition of what I think these twelve (12) "day stars" would look like midway in the orbits period (at 45o before or after the satellites cross the equatorial plane). So imagine how the mobile graphics of ROSÆ-MIRIAH would impact TV audiences worldwide. None could deny its existence, but how would the various segments of society react? Would the media would "go bananas", or would they just shrug it off ? Jesus says "no one can serve two masters". To me that means God comes first, while to someone who owes too much to the world to survive economically may feel such indebtedness as to be almost forced into a worldly answer for the sake of their families. This is not for me to judge. But of course I pray for God's will to be done.The twelve (12) ROSÆ-MIRIAH satellites circulate within the yellow sphere shown in the 2nd to image of this hyperlink. They are all rotating at an angular velocity which is five times faster than the earth's angular velocity at an altitude of about 5,000 miles in order to exploit a unique "window" in our earth's upper gravity field.
I was also the first to discover ROSÆ and its "perfect" fit to earth's unique gravity field "window" at this altitude, which is why I named this portion of my discoveries as "Grisham's Window". Spend a little time reviewing the complexity and fortuitous features in this "window" and I trust you will agree it is aptly named. This is the key to "natural station keeping" stability for MIRIAH's Interferometer arrays, which in turn is the key to its phase coherent resolution and accuracy.
If you have an inquiring mind, you will find this new invention to be easy to understand, but amazing in its powerful new properties. As each proprietary design addition is revealed, you will find this discovery becomes ever more fascinating. This discovery is going to revolutionize every aspect of life for the entire world in the very near future. The scope of this enterprise is small at first (in the $Millions), but grows at a phenomenal rate. In 5 to 7 years it will reach Gross Revenues in the $Trillions! Ignorance of this new enterprise will be more painful for you in the long run than the hour or two of effort to persist in digging deeply and thoroughly into the information here. For example, a few paragraphs below you will come to a very large hyperlink to the "Introduction to MIRIAH" wherein you will find details concerning the earth's gravity field explained in graphic detail by other scientists which will amaze you. So persevere!
Oddly, this role of scientist in my life starts off with a near death incident during World War II when as a West Point cadet I was training a platoon of solders in a combat exercise during which a mine blew up and permanently wounded me. I am now a 60% Disable American Veteran (DAV). My wound eliminated any combat assignments, which ended my Army career, which forced me to start a new career as an inventor in Satellite Communications, Navigation/Tracking, and Microwave Imaging - the most useful form of Electromagnetic (EM) imaging. In 1948, Claude E. Shannon published his "Mathematical Theory of Communication", in which he proved that the most efficient EM modulation was phase modulation. NASA/JPL/SIM currently leads in EM imaging from satellites, and they have discovered that a synthesis 2-D aperture would not only agree with Shannon's Theory, but it would also lead to simpler, cheaper, and far more cost effective EM systems aboard satellites. The method they recommend as the most practical way to achieve this end is called "Rotational Synthesis Imaging" (or RSI). But they haven't discovered how to do this with their current SIM architecture. We have solved this problem, and that solution is a major part of this web site's Proprietary disclosures. "MIRIAH" is this newer discovery, and it uses Interferometry - one of the oldest of EM systems - dating back to the 1920's. The main "ingredient" for this success lies in its extraordinary coherence - due to extremely precise phase closure methods - for all of its major missions: communications, navigation/tracking, and imaging.
ROSÆ-MIRIAH will image both the surface and subsurface in 3-D holographic format. With this new capability we will uncover resources hidden from man since the beginning of history. In addition to coherent EM imaging (in 3-D) this technology also is a breakthrough in communications and navigation/tracking. This new technology will soon invigorate and amplify the economy of the entire global business world, and increase the quality of life for all. Two patents ("SARAH" and "MIRIAH") have come out of ROSÆ - with seven more on the "back burner". In all fairness, I should also give credit for this work and its promise to the prior work of these famous scientists, who pioneered many advances in Physics, Economics, Mathematics, Astronomy, etc.:
1. Newton in Mechanics.
2. Aries, Huygens, and Fourier in Coherent Optics and Imaging - and the Transforms needed to transpose images from the particle nature of light to its wave nature (and vice versa).
3. Maxwell, Bell, and Faraday in Electro-Magnetics (EM).
4. Gauss and others for their work in probability.
5. Edwin Hubble for proving the "Big Bang" theory (a Belgian Catholic Priest was the first to propose it).
6. Einstein for discovering and defining the limits of mass and energy in the Universe.
7. Heisenberg for his discovery on the limits in imaging.
8. Claude Shannon for his work in Information Theory.
9. Francis Collins who led NIH's Genome project that discovered the 250 million base pair chromosomes of the human body (see hyperlink in Where did all of this come from? below), and his powerful exposition and proofs on God as the ultimate Scientist in his book "The Language of God" (get it free from Amazon Kindle in e-book form). Collins is a gifted leader and writer in the sciences - so don't miss this read!In macro economics I follow Sir Thomas Gresham, Adam Smith, and Paul Samuelson. My work is intended to be economically "Supply Sided" with maximum economic "Demand" by using a gigantic Synthesis Aperture at the altitude of a unique spherical shell in space known as "Grisham's Window". This "Window in Physics" has enabled a remarkable breakthrough in the performance and efficiency of all of ROSÆ's applications (ROSÆ is a multifunction satellite architecture based on the commonality of phase coherence for maximum efficiency in communications, navigation, remote sensing, and imaging). This "window" is so unique that the probability of it occurring anywhere else in the entire universe is almost zero i.e., something like a probability of .ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo1. (This is virtually true, since the actual probability of finding a planet with a "Grisham's Window" equivalent are surely even smaller, but it's impossible to get an exact probability since even our best telescopes can see only a fraction of the vast expanding Universe).
Edwin Hubble proved conclusively that the entire Universe (which began 13.8 Billion years ago) is expanding radially outward from a primordial point in our Milky Way Galaxy. Albert Einstein proved that the total amount of energy (E) and mass (m) in the Universe can't be either added to or destroyed (but will obey E=mC2), where C is the constant speed of light. Now ponder this, for these two famous Scientists and 90% of the scientific world concluded that the colossal mass of every planet and sun came into being from a single point in space within our own Galaxy (of which there are Billions throughout the Universe). NASA's scientists and other scientists in the world have used their super computers to reconstruct the first few moments of time - starting with an extremely massive "white" hot mass-energy point of unthinkable density and pressure. This is commonly known as the "Big Bang". It created a blinding hot explosion that started the expanding Universe. It was the opposite of a gigantic galactic "black hole". This reality has far deeper meaning than you may think at first. Therein is a fascinating major part of this "story". For if one is intellectually honest, he must ask the question: "is this possible for any man or natural phenomena"? Of course the answer is an emphatic "no"!
Then who but God could be the one who accomplished this incredible feat? This may still cause some people to deny this undeniable scientific evidence since all of our families have worldly needs, and the world unfortunately punishes piety in all too many subtle and damaging ways. If such doubters at least tolerate the right of those who accept in this scientific proof, then it would be wrong to "demonize" those who reject this proof, in spite of this evidence, if they feel they must first accommodate the world of money, property, etc. for themselves and their families. For, while God's Will should be first, yet we are all weak in one way or another and we have to live in this world. (Even Churches need money). Yet God always favors the humble - for example in St. James' Letter 4:6 he writes: "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble". Furthermore Jesus came to save the lost sheep - and that is surely all of us - Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Atheist etc. And, given the dominance of Satan's influence since the beginning of time, the demands of the world have become too great for many of us to resist the world's demands without God's grace.
In the Gospel (John 15) Jesus said "I am the vine and you are the branches, and without me you can do nothing". And so to help us, on Holy Thursday, Jesus gave His great gift of the Holy Mass, which focuses on the Holy Eucharist. So I believe God understands and takes pity on our weakness in such a world and responds to save us by inspiring us and filling us with His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the form of the Holy Eucharist to renew us. This Sacrament is a miraculous and special grace for everyone who receives it in faith. In this way, the Holy Spirit creates in us as a new and more perfect special soul to complete a world which reflects His image - to turn us away from the world and turn us instead to His loving mercy and grace. This is why I like to think of this "Daily Bread" as a love feast, which is why the early Church referred to it as "the agape meal". So I pray that the whole world will surrender their souls and join me in singing of this amazing grace - flowing out of the loving heart of Jesus, the Savior of all. This is also why I believe these scientific discoveries (herein and elsewhere in the world) is being revealed at this critical time in history. And why even my small contribution is germinating in my soul - for this special grace is not from me - rather it's from Jesus by way of the Holy Spirit for you and me. For even scientific discoveries like those described herein can be salvific - for all things are possible for God. And so with this "Prolog", I want to show how "ROSÆ-MIRIAH" is an answer to a world's prayers to God - our provident Father for a better way of life for all - particularly for the poor. It is going to change the way we get our information about what is really going on in the world. With it we soon will find resources which have been hidden from us since the beginning of time. And as Adam Smith proved: resources, labor, and capital are the basic ingredients for the growth of wealth (read his famous book: The Wealth of Nations which is free at Amazon Kindle).
ROSÆ-MIRIAH will give the world "eyes" through a very special kind of satellite architecture which is not only revolutionary, but has been endorsed by many Scientists (so it is real - not a dream). ROSÆ-MIRIAH's "eyes" will enable you to see the world, as it has never been possible before. Tyrants and mountebanks will no longer be able to "pull the wool over your eyes", and you can become just as effective a force in this world as your efforts enable you so to do. For these "eyes" will open up the world for you to "see" just as much of the ground truth as any President, or Prime minister, or King can see, and so now you too can be an independent and free force in the world.

Where did all of this come from?
In Dr. Francis Collin's book "The Language" of God", he claims that the "Intelligent Design" of the Universe was first "spoken" in the Physics of the "Big Bang", which formed the Universe and made life possible. Then it was spoken second in the "word" of Jesus in His Gospel. And now at this time in history, when materialism "rules" the world, such that all too many godless Scientists have the attitude that God has become irrelevant, while many other god fearing Scientists like Collins are speaking out with proofs through science, which conclusively demonstrate God's existence can't be questioned without violating the most basic of scientific principles. And so, before going any further, let me give thanks to my fellow Scientists who have offered the world examples in science of God's actions as a Provident Father in the welfare of all regardless of their religious affiliation. (Don't all loving fathers take care of all of their children - even their disobedient ones?).
In the first article which was published as a "Debate on Science vs. Religion" in Time Magazine (Nov. 13, 2006). Dr. Francis Collins (who led NIH's famous Human Genome Project) gives the most credence we have ever seen for the "proof" of a "Intelligent Design" in the Universe. If you are a "Doubting Thomas" I challenge you to read Collin's amazing discoveries in the above Time Magazine article.
Next, more recent studies by Northwestern University Astronomers underline and confirm Francis Collin's defense of God as the intelligence and Creator of our unique planet as the nursery of mankind in the "God vs. Science" debate (as is evident in this recent article published by "Space Daily", on August 11, 2008).
The "Anthropic Principle". Another example by a Scientist was published in Columbia Magazine. Therein, Dinesh D'Souza, a Rishwain Research Scholar at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, introduces the reasonableness of "Miracles" and the "Anthropic Principle". A portion of his findings are linked here in two (2) installments: (1) January 2008,(2) February 2008. (A book by D'Souza's is referenced therein for further study).
The status of this work.
The most apt description of this work is that it is a "Perfect" Global Multifunctional Satellite Net, designed as a huge global "Information Machine". For, it is the only possible global "information machine", which in all three dimensions has the properties of constant Angular Momentum, plus 1st and 2nd moments which cancel out to zero about the earth's gravity center. And this has a most significant impact on satellite simplicity consistent with powerful attributes. Over the past 50 years, I have developed this discovery as a "family" of Satellite inventions: (1) ROSÆ , (Patented 1966), (2) SARAH (Patented 1986), and (3) MIRIAH (Patented 2002). This "family of patents" has created a breakthrough in communications, navigation, and imaging from satellites. As usual with inventions, these were "born of necessity". ROSÆ was invented to give the world a single array of satellites to provide all of the assets needed for global information, i.e., communications, navigation, and imaging. SARAH improved signal structure for microwave imaging, while MIRIAH hugely improved EM imaging efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
1. ROSAE-MIRIAH adheres to basic Macroeconomics. Due to its breakthrough into a new field in communications, navigation, and imaging based on the commonality of phase coherence for all of these functions (imaging both surface and deep under it), it will be highly “Demanded” (by using a near real time global mapping base which is highly “Supply Sided”).
2. ROSAE-MIRIAH is the quintessential Commercial/Military ("Dual-Use") technology.
Our Math Models (endorsed by many Scientists) prove MIRIAH is vastly superior in both performance and cost over all of its competitors. It was a critical part of our presentation to DoD (NRO's Chief Scientist and his staff) in 2006. They gave our work a thorough examination, yet failed to find any substantive fault with our theoretical claims or the results of my Math Models. This resulted in their recommendations, for us to bid their 2007 DII funded solicitation. ROSÆ - MIRIAH is actually several breakthroughs, so that systems can now be employed, which were previously thought to be impracticable. These Math Models show performance figures, which when compared to SAR, indicate a billion fold improvement (potentially - in theory) in two of the most critical design limits, which will markedly bypass previous system design limits. Based on this, we can now confidently predict at least a 10,000 to 100,000 fold improvement in overall cost effectiveness. The primary focus of this "start up" will provide the military with a huge jump forward in Intelligence capabilities. However, following this "start up", farmers, ranchers, foresters, fisheries, transportation, city infrastructure, etc. will be the real winners, once we have finished R&D under a government sponsored umbrella on the "systems level" work (as needed for all operational services). We envision this as a "Dual-Use" funded enterprise, since is has both Commercial as well as Governmental applications. ("Dual-Use" enterprises were common during the depression of the 1930's, as an expeditious means of economic recovery - similar to our economic problems today).

MIRIAH is a very advanced architecture, which was developed in order to be able to use simpler "off the shelf" systems components, and to reduce costs a hundred fold while increasing performance a hundred fold. Therefore, its development should be comparatively simple, yet hugely profitable. Future Inventions deriving from ROSÆ.
ROSÆ has publicly "spawned" two patented inventions thus far (SARAH and MIRIAH), and there are six more which I am considering. But, for the time being, I intend to "keep the lid on them". I have not held back any matter whatever on ROSÆ's first two "children" (SARAH and MIRIAH), but I have no intention of disclosing more until I see how the government and industry treat these first three inventions. For there is much good and much evil that can come from anything which increases man's power, and the MIRIAH - SARAH - ROSÆ "family of patents" is a huge responsibility, which I feel deep inside my soul (as do most inventors, e.g., Bell, Marconi, Openheim, et. al.). Considering that each of ROSÆ's "children" have improved the performance of this entire "family of patents", then this will obviously continue for the next six inventions (as the frontier of this technology continues to be pushed forward).
Attention Scientists: I advise Scientists to start with the Lay level "Introduction to MIRIAH" hyperlinked (above), since there are certain human issues of great importance to everyone, which is covered in that material. After that, if they want to know all of the technological details, then this next more comprehensive version: "Introduction to MIRIAH" should satisfy their needs.
